Welcome To My World

Photo Credit: Andi Chewning – Norway, 2012

I am, and this is, a WORK IN PROGRESS, and I am excited to share with you my thoughts, feelings, victories and failures as we journey together on our life paths. Remember it’s not the destination but the journey that counts. Let’s make it a great one!

On this journey I will try not to use too many cliches, trite expressions or other meaningless platitudes, but I admit to being corny and loving some of those old sayings, like this one: A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. So I am offering to take not only that first step together, but all of them with you, and hope that it will be enjoyable for all of us.

I will be sharing family stories, animal stories, publishing news, Biblical Scriptures, motivational sayings, and whatever else I feel like blithering and blathering about, and I am hoping that all of you will find this a good place to share your stories as well.

God’s peace, Nancy

  6. I just finished Dragon Tears and I was really moved by this story. It had me in tears of sadness and joy right up to the end. Thank you for writing this story it was terrific.

    • Hello Robin,

I am so glad you enjoyed Dragon tears. I would love it if you would leave a review on Amazon that would be so helpful to me as a writer. I also want to let you know that I am writing a sequel which should be out later this year it is called Dragon songs. Thank you again for your kind words about my work sincerely, Nancy

  7. I just finished reading Ellora’s Quest, and was shocked to read that you teach english. I have read very few books that had more errors and typos in them than this piece. Didn’t you give this to anyone to proof? If you did, you need new proofers. It is a mess. Most often you leave out words, or use the wrong word, typical of spell checkers.

    • Hello Tom,

Thank you for your comments. I appreciate the critique. I am sorry that you received that manuscript in such a sorry state . What you received was the original unedited copy that should’ve never gone out, but which I accidentally uploaded to Instafreebie instead of the proofed and edited copy. If the story caught your interest at all and you would like a clean copy, I’d be more than happy to furnish it to you . Again my sincere apologies for uploading the unedited copy to Instafreebie.

      Nancy
